室性早搏患者微量元素镁、铜、锌、硒含量的分析

摘    要:本文测定了31例室性早搏患者及22例正常人血浆和红细胞内微量元素镁、铜、锌、硒的含量。结果:室早组细胞内镁、硒、铜降低,锌升高;血浆硒降低,锌升高。本结果说明室性早搏患者体内存在微量元素含量的变化,以细胞内更明显。

Abstract:The aim of the study was to investigate the association of trace elements with ventricular premature beat. The trace elements of Mg, Zn, Cu, Se in blood plasma and erythrocytes were detected by atomic absorption spectrophotometry in 31 patients of ventricular premature beat(VPB group) and 22 healthy persons (control group). The elements of Mg, Cu, Se in cells are lower in VPB group than those in the control group, Zn is higher in VPB group than control. The study suggests that there are obvious changes in the concentrations of the trace elements in patients with VPB , especially in cells.
