脑循环治疗仪联合低分子肝素钙治疗脑梗死60例临床疗效观察

目的探讨脑循环功能治疗仪联合低分子肝素钙治疗对脑梗死患者的临床疗效及神经功能评分的影响。方法将120例脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在对照组低分子肝素钙治疗的基础上加用脑循环功能治疗仪治疗,1次/d,每10d为1疗程;观察两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后神经功能缺损评分情况。结果治疗组总有效率为93.33%,对照组总有效率为73.33%,二者比较差异有显著统计学意义,P<0.01;治疗后治疗组和对照组患者神经功能缺损评分均有改善,但治疗组改善更明显,两者比较差异有显著性,P<0.001;结论脑循环治疗仪联合低分子肝素钙治疗脑梗死患者疗效更佳,更能改善脑循环和促进患者神经功能的康复,从而提高脑梗死患者的治愈、好转率,降低致残率。

Clinical Efficacy of 60 Cases of Cerebral Infarction Treated by Cerebrovascular Function Therapy Combined with Low Molecular Heparin Calcium

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effects of CVFT (Cerebrovascular Function Therapy) combined with Low Molecular Heparin Calcium on neurological function scores of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 120 cases of cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The patients of the treatment group had been treated with CVFT on the base of low molecular heparin calcium treatment, CVFT was applied one time per day for 10 days.Before and after treatment the clinical curative effects and the neurological function scores were assessed. Result The total effective rate was 93.33% in the treatment group and 73.33% in the control group.There was a signif icant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups (P<0.01). The neurological function scores in both of the two groups were improved, but in the treatment group was improved more markedly (P<0.001). Conclusion The CVFT combined with low molecular heparin calcium have a better effects in treating cerebral infarction, it can improve the circulation of brain and promote the rehabilitation of neurological function, thus increase the cure rate and the improvement rate, reduce the rate of disablilty.
