| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨昆明市病残儿疾病种类、构成顺位、发病原因,为有效降低病残儿发生率提供依据。方法：分析昆,明市2003年4月～2008年12月病残儿医学鉴定结果。结果：1244例病残儿疾病类型分属11个系统,其中神经？五官、运动、心血管、泌尿生殖系统疾病居前5位,占83.92%。病残儿病种构成顺位前5位依次是先天性心脏病、智力低下、眼科疾病、脑性瘫痪和癫痫,占40.76%。遗传性疾病48种,661例,占病残儿鉴定总数53.14%。非遗传性疾病43种,583例,占病残儿鉴定总数46.86%。结论：为有效防止或减少缺陷儿的出生,应把好婚前、孕前、产前关。
