护理文员的设置对护理人力资源合理配置的探讨

摘    要:目的探讨设立病区护理文员的管理方法和效果。方法根据病区护理工作量,设置护理文员职数;确定工作职责范围;建立完善的聘任、培训、考核管理办法。结果设置护理文员前后病区平均直接与间接护理时间之比从1∶0.72下降到1∶0.61;病人对收费满意度上升5.2%(88.0%,93.2%);直接分管病床的护士平均增加1.5个。结论设立病区护理文员有利于合理开发和利用护理人力资源,提高护理工作效率和质量。

Abstract:Objective To explore the management and the effect of nursing clerks in wards. Methods Based on the amount of work in wards, we set up the number of nursing clerks, determined their job duty and built up a system of employment, training and testing. Results After the employment of nursing clerks, the ratio of average direct nursing time to indirect nursing was decreased by 15.28%. Degree of satisfaction of patient was increased by 5.2%. An average of 1.5 more nurses were in direct charge of beds. Conclusion Employment of nursing clerks is favorable to sensible nursing personnel distribution of wards and increases efficiency and quality of nursing work.
