| 摘 要： | 用化学方法对35例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者及35名健康人进行血清脂类、载脂蛋白分析,发现TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C、ApoAI、ApoB等10项指标在Ⅱ型糖尿病时均有明显变化(P<0,05或<0,001).认为血脂、载脂蛋白和相关比值测定对Ⅱ型糖尿病的观察、治疗监测、预后判断及预测并发症均具有指导意义.文中对并发血管病变的生化基础作了讨论.

| Abstract: | By analysing blood Lipids and apolipoproteins of serum samples taken from 35 patients with type Ⅱ diabetes and 35 healthy subjects with chemical methods, we found that ten parameters including TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, ApoAI,Apo B had evident change(P<0.05 or <0.001) in patients with type Ⅱ diabetes. We concluded that ths assay of blood lipids, apolipoproteins and the correlative ratio in type Ⅱ diabetes patients was very useful to the observation of patient's condition, the monitoring of treatment, the judgement of prognosis and the forecast of the diabetes complication. We also discussed the biochemical basis of the presence of vascular complication |
