红树植物卤蕨化学成分的分离与鉴定

摘    要:目的 对红树植物卤蕨(Acrostichum aureurm)的化学成分进行研究。方法 用多种色谱技术对化合物进行分离纯化。并根据化合物的理化性质及波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。经MTT法进行体外抗肿瘤活性测试。结果 从卤蕨乙醇提取物中分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为ponasteroneA(1)、pterosterone(2)、山奈酚(3)、槲皮素(4)、4-(3。4-二羟基苯基)-2-丁酮(5)、胡萝卜苷(6)。结论 6个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。初步的药理试验表明6个化合物对小鼠B16细胞均无生长抑制活性。

Abstract:Aim To study the chemical constituents of Acrostichum aureurm.Methods The constituents were isolated and purified by column chromatography,and their structures were identified by physicochemical data and spectral data.Results Six compounds were isolated from the ethanol extracts of Acrostichum aureurm,and their structures were elucidated as ponasterone A(1),pterosterone(2),kaempferol(3),quercetin(4),4-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-2-butanone(5),and daucosterol(6),respectively.Conclusion All the compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time,and show no growth inhibitory activity on murine melanoma B_(16) cells by MTT assay.
