| 摘 要： | 目的观察促红素与肿瘤患者化疗依从性、生活质量和疗效的相关性。方法非造血系统恶性肿瘤贫血患者93例,随机分组,治疗组化疗同时给予EPO,开始剂量为75U/kg,皮下注射,每周3次,持续观察8周。对照组单纯化疗。结果整个治疗过程中,治疗组Hb、RBC、Ret、HCT水平高于对照组,化疗后Hb、RBC、Ret、HCT上升较快,食欲、精神状态、生活质量高于对照组。不良反应轻微,3例出现血压轻度升高。结论EPO能明显改善非造血系统恶性肿瘤贫血患者的血液学指标,提高肿瘤患者对化疗的依从性和对化疗不良反应的耐受性,使化疗顺利进行。
