| 摘 要： | 检测了45例冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者的血浆脂质过氧化物的含量，发现患者含量比正常对照组要明显增高（P＜0．0001）。单用阿斯匹林40mg／d治疗患者，4个月后，测号血浆脂质过氧化物含量明显下降（P＜0．001）。结果提示，血浆脂质过氧化物含量的增高可能是动脉粥样硬化的一个重要因素，小剂量阿斯匹林可明显抑制脂质过氧化。

| Abstract: | Plasma lipid peroxides (LPO) contents were studied in 45 patients with atherosclerotic heart disease (AHD) and 31 normal individuals. LPO contents of patients were significantly higher as compared with the healthy subjects (P<0. 001). After patients were treated using low dosage of aspirin for four morths,LPO contents were significantly decreased (P <0.001). It is indicated that the imbalance of LPO may be an important facter responsible for atherosclerosis and low-dose aspirin may inhibit LPO in AHD. |
