| 摘 要： | 目的:观察川芎口服液、川芎水提液和川芎挥发油对 ADP 诱导的兔体外血小板聚集的作用。方法:比浊法。结果:它们均可剂量依赖性抑制血小板聚集,IC_(50)值分别为:19.76 g/L.21.44 g/L、和3825.16 g/L,川芎口服液作用强度显著强于川芎挥发油(P<0.01)。结论:川芎口服液对 ADP 诱导的兔血小板聚集具有抑制作用。

Effect of Chuanxiong Oral Liquid on Rabbit Platelet Aggregation Induced by Adenosine 5'-diphosphate |

| Abstract: | Objective:The aim of this experiment was to observe the effects of chuanxiong oral liq- uid,chuanxiong water-extracted liquid and chunxiong essential oil on rabbit platelet aggregation induced by adenosine 5'-diphosphate(ADP,4μmol/L).Methods:Light transmission.Results:They significantly inhibit platelet aggregation in a dose dependent manner.The IC_(50) values were 19.76 g/L,21.44 g/L and 3825.16 g/L,respecfively.The potency of chuanxiong oral liquid was higher than that of chuanxiong es- sential oil(P<0.01).Conclusion:chuanxiong oral liquid can inhibit rabbit platelet aggregation induced by adenosine 5'-diphosphate. |
