初治涂阳肺结核患者血浆心钠素的临床观察

目的:探讨活动性肺结核与心钠素(ANP)的关系。方法:采用放免法对40例初治涂阳肺结核患者血浆 ANP 浓度进行测定,同时测定40例健康人血浆 ANP 浓度为对照组。结果:初治涂阳组血浆 ANP 浓度显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。初治涂阳组病人随着病变范围增加,血浆 ANP 浓度显著增高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:血浆 ANP 浓度可作为肺结核病人病变活动性、严重程度和判断预后的客观指标。

Clinical Trial of Plasma ANP for Newly Diagnosed Bacteriumpositive Pulmonary Tuberculosis Cases

Objective:To study the correlation between the active pulmonary tuberculosis(TB)and atrial natriuretic peptides(ANP).Methods:We determined the plasma ANP for 40 cases,newly diag- nosed bacterium-positive pulmonary tuberculosis(TB).The plasma ANP level was detected by radioim- munoassay(RIA).There was one control group with 40 healthy people.Results:The plasma ANP level in the newly diagnosed bacterium-positive pulmonary TB group was significantly higher than that of the con- trol group(P<0.01).The plasma ANT level is becoming higher with the focus being wider(P< 0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:This suggested that the plasma ANP might be a objective indicator to e- valuate pathological extent,activity,state of seriousness and prognosis.
