正常人群1～14型嗜肺军团菌血清流行病学调查

目的:了解河南省嗜肺军团菌抗体在正常人群的分布及其规律。方法:每一调查对象采静脉血分离血清,用微量凝集试验测定嗜肺军团菌抗体,滴度≥1:16为阳性。同时填写统一调查表。结果:1～14血清型有三个未检出,分别是4、8、13型。在检出的11个血清型中以12型阳性率最高,6型次之;其阳性率分别为14.03%和10.45%。阳性者中最高抗体滴度为1:128,但大部分阳性者的抗体滴度低于1:128。123例抗体阳性者中有25.2%的人同时感染2个以上血清型。结论:健康人群中普遍存在嗜肺军团菌感染。且呈现多型性的特点,即在同一地区有许多血清型共存。人群中存在一定比例的重复感染。

A Seroepidemiological Survey on Serotype 1～14 of Legionnaire in Normal Population

Objective:To find out distributions of legionnaires' antibody in Henan normal popula- tion.Methods:Fill in questionaire and detect antibody with microagglutinative test,titer≥1:16 is posi- five.Results:The serotype 1～14 have be detected.The serotype 4,8,13,have not be found out from the population,the positive rate of serotype 12(14.03%)is the highest,the positive rate of type 6(10. 45%)is second.25.2% of antibody positive person have two or more positive serotypes.Conclusion: There are general Legionnaires' infection in normal population,and the infection appear multi-serotype- there are many serotype in same area.There are repeat infection in some people.
