| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨 p16及 cyclin-dependent kinase 4(cdk4)在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及其与肺癌发生、组织学类型及组织学分化程度的关系。方法:用免疫组织化学方法研究了104例非小细胞肺癌。结果:40.4%的肿瘤完全不表达 p16,84.6%的病例表达 cdk4;cdk4表达强度与组织学分化程度呈反比。结论:提示 p16和 cdk4的表达异常在肺癌的发生和组织分化程度上起重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:The aim of this study is to observe the expression of p16 and cdk 4 in non- small cell lung cancer.Methods:The immunohistochemistry assay was carried out.Results:40.4% of non- small lung cancers deleted p16 expression,84.6% of cancers expressed cdk 4.Conclusion:The p16 gene product expression play a significant role in the development and histological subtype of lung cancer.The cdk 4 was an important factor in histological differentiation. |
