单抗胶乳凝集试验和间接荧光抗体试验诊断囊虫病的研究

目的:探讨单克隆抗体胶乳凝集试验(McAb-LAT)和间接荧光抗体试验(IFAT)在囊虫病临床诊断中的价值。方法:应用猪囊尾蚴冰冻切片抗原进行 IFAT 检测囊虫病患者抗体;应用抗猪囊尾蚴单克隆抗体致敏胶乳微球进行 LAT,检测囊虫病患者循环抗原。结果:囊虫病患者的抗体检出率为83.71%,分型抗体检测,混合型及脑型检出率明显高于皮肌型(P<0.01);患者循环抗原的检出率为73.05%,脑型患者囊虫活动期的循环抗原检出率明显高于囊虫钙化期(P<0.01),药物治疗3个月以上患者循环抗原的阳性率降为44.11%。结论:McAb-LAT 和 IFAT 在囊虫病临床诊断中有较高价值,循环抗原的检测在脑型囊虫病活动期诊断和疗效考核中具有重要意义。

Diagnosis of Cysticercosis by McAb-LAT and IFAT

Objective:h was evaluated that diagnosis of cysticercosis with indirect fluorecent anti- body test(IFAT)and monoclonal antibody-latex agglutination test(McAb-LAT).Methods:The antibod- ies of patients with cysticercosis were detected by IFAT using frozen section of cysticercus of Taenia sob- um.The latex spheres conjugated with a monoclonal antibody against cysticercus cellulosae were applied for the detection of circulating antigens of cysticercosis by LAT.Results:Sensitivity in detecting cysticer- cosis was 83.71% by IFAT and 73.05% by McAb-LAT.The antibody positive rate was higher in the cerebral and mixed cysticercosis than that in the subcutaneous and muscular cysticercosis(P<0.01). The detective rate of circulating antigen was higher in the active stage than that in calcific stage(P< 0.01).After more than 3 month treatment,the detective rate of circulating antigen was decreased to 44.11%.Conclusion:The results demonstrated that McAb-LAT and IFAT were available for the diagno- sis of cysticercosis.The detection of circulating antigen was useful for diagnosis of active infection and e- valuation of therapeutic effect in cysticercosis.
