| 摘 要： | 目的了解无偿献血者HIV感染情况,有针对性地采取措施,保障血液安全。方法采用两种不同厂家的ELISA试剂,对献血者标本进行HIV血清标志物筛查,并采用免疫印迹法确认HIV筛查阳性的标本。结果成都市2005年1月至2011年12月抗-HIV确认阳性309例,平均感染率为32.09/10万;男性高于女性;年龄以20~40岁为主。结论采供血机构应在无偿献血者招募及体检过程中加强排查.并适时调整检测方法,以保障血液安全。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate HIV infection from voluntary blood donors for taking measures to protect blood safety. Methods The samples of voluntary blood donors were screened for HIV markers by 2 different reagents. Positive samples were confirmed by western blotting. Results 309 samples were verified by HIV confirmation method from January 2005 to December 2011 in Chengdu. The average infection rate was 32.09/100,000. More men were infected compared with women; more infected persons aged from 20 to 40. Conclusion Blood collection agencies should strengthen investigation in recruitment and examination of voluntary blood donors, and should optimize screening methods for protecting blood safety. |
