| 摘 要： | 目的改进复方鲜竹沥液制剂处方中薄荷油的添加工艺,得到澄清、质量合格的制剂。方法利用吐温-80的增溶作用,提高薄荷油的溶解性。将薄荷油加入吐温-80中,充分混匀后加至鲜竹沥药中充分搅拌、过滤,即得澄清制剂。结果制剂澄清,质量合格。结论该方法可行,工艺简单而稳定,更适合生产企业。

| Abstract: | Objective To obtain a better qualified oral liquid preparation of Fufang Xianzhuli by improving addition methods of the peppermint oil.Methods Tween-80 was used to improve the solubility of peppermint oil in the experiment.Peppermint oil was mixed with Tween-80 sufficiently.Then the admixture was put into the physic liquor of Xianzhuli and agitated sufficiently.After that,the physic liquor was filtered and the clear preparation was obtained.Results The preparation was clear and qualified.Conclusion The new method is simple,stable and more suitable for improving the solubility of the peppermint oil. |
