聚维酮碘溶液与过氧化氢预防化脓性阑尾炎术后切口感染

目的：探讨不同的处理方法预防化脓性阑尾炎患者术后切口感染的临床效果。方法：100例患者随机分为观察组（50例）和对照组（50例），观察组采用1％聚维酮碘溶液和3％过氧化氢处理切口，对照组采用生理盐水冲洗切口，比较两组切口感染的情况。结果：观察组发生感染1例，感染率为2％；对照组发生感染6例，感染率为12％，观察组切口发生感染率低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：应用1％聚维酮碘溶液和3％过氧化氢处理化脓性阑尾炎切口，可以有效降低感染率，值得临床推广。

Hydrogen peroxide and povidone iodine iolution on the prevention of infection of incision after the operation of patients with purulent appendicitis

Objective： To explore the clinical effects of different treatment methods on prevention infection of incision after the operation of patients with purulent appendiitis. Method：100 cases patients were divided into the intervention group （ 50 cases） and control group （ 50 cases）. The control group was applied for the NS, the intervention group took the 1% povidone iodine iolution and 3% hydrogen peroxide, and then compared the infection rate of them. Result： One case（ 2% ）in intervention group got infection,6 cases（ 12% ） got infection in control group ; There was significant different in infection rate between two groups statistically （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion： Application of 1% povidone iodine iolution and 3 % hydrogen peroxide in treatment of incision with purulent appendicitis can effectively reduce the infection rate, and it is worthy of being recommended in clinical oractice.
