妇产科急腹症的临床诊治

目的：总结妇产科急腹症的诊断及治疗方法。方法：回顾性分析2010年10月至2011年12月本科收治的60例妇产科急腹症患者的临床资料。结果：60例妇产科急腹症患者中异位妊娠18例、黄体破裂12例、卵巢囊肿蒂扭转9例、肿瘤破裂6例、急性盆腔炎8例、输卵管炎7例。60例患者中49例行手术治疗、11例采取保守治疗，均痊愈出院，无1例死亡。结论：妇产科急腹症要早诊断，采取及时、恰当的对症治疗方法。

Clinical experience with acute abdominal pain in gynecology and obstetrics

Objective： To summarize our experience in diagnosis and treatment of acute abdominal pain in gynecology and obstetrics. Methods：A review was conducted on clinical data from 60 cases of acute abdominal pain registered to Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics of Huazhou People＇s Hospital between October 2010 and December 2011. Results ：The etiologies underlying acute abdominal pain in the 60 patients included ectopic pregnancy （ n = 18 ）, rupture of corpus luteum （ n = 12 ）, torsion of ovarian cyst （ n = 9 ）, rupture of tumors （ n = 6） , acute pelvitis （ n = 8 ） and acute salpingitis （ n = 7 ）. All patients were cured and discharged home after surgical （ n = 49 ） or conservative （ n = 11 ） treatments. None of the patients died. Conclusion： Acute abdominal pain in settings of gynecology and obstetrics requires early diagnosis and prompt measures to target the causes.
