| 摘 要： | 笔者对５０例原发性肺癌选择性支气管动脉造影（ＳＢＡＧ）征象及ＢＡＩ疗效进行了分析、探讨。结果多血管型肺癌占６６％，少血管型占３２％，无血管型占２％。多血管型中未分化癌占８３．３％，腺癌占７８．６％；少血管型占７５％，无血管型疗效最差，疗效为完全缓解，部分缓解者，多血管型占７３．５３％；少血管型占２６．４７％。因此对肺癌ＳＢＡＧ征象的研究，是提高ＢＡＩ疗效的重要手段之一。

| Abstract: | The signs of the selective bronchial arteriography(SBAG) and BAI therapy of 50 cases withprimary lung carcinoma were analysed.The result showed that the hypervascular structure was 66%;the hy-povascular 32%;the non-vascular 2%. Among hypervascular types the adenocarcinoma was 78.6%;undif-ferentiated carcinoma 83.3;hypovascular types squamous cell carcinoma 75%. The curative rate of BAItherapy in the hypervascular types was 100%;the hypovascular 75%;the non-vascular,the least.In the cas-es of CR PR, the hypervascular was 73.53%; the hypovascular 26. 47%. Therefore there is obvious relationbetween the vascular structure and the tissue typesof BAI therapy. The study of SBAG of lung carcinoma isthe main mean of improving BAI treatment result. |
