| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨Brugada宽QRS波群心动过速分步式诊断标准是否适用于鉴别原有束支传导阻滞的室性心动过速（室速）与室上性心动过速（室上速）的患者。方法：选择窦性心律呈束支传导阻滞的147例患者[完全性右束支传导阻滞（CRBBB)97例，完全性左束支传导阻滞（CLBBB）50例]的心电图资料，用Brugada宽QRS波群心动过速分步式诊断标准进行分析。结果：两组各有1例误诊为室速，误诊率为1．4％。结论：Brugada宽QRS波群心动过速分步式诊断标准也适用于原有束支传导阻滞的患者。
