脱钙牙本质基质(DDM)在拔牙创种植的临床研究

摘    要:促进拔牙创的愈合和防止牙槽骨吸收萎缩是目前临床上一个重要的研究课题。本试验采用自身配对设计方法,将脱钙一质基质(DDM)即刻植入拔牙窝内,观察比较植入DDM和不植入DDM组牙槽骨的高度的变化。结果显示DDM植入前后槽骨高度和宽度与非植增长率且植入分别减少0.65mm、0.50mm和1.50mm,1.14mm,差异具有统计学意义。表明DDM在人体拔牙后即刻植入,可诱导骨的生成和促进拔牙的愈合,预防或

Abstract:Promoting healing of alveolar socket and preventing absorption and atrophy of alveolar process are clinically important research programs. In this study, the auto_control trial was adopted.In one socket of extraction with each patient DDM was implanted immediately, another socket acted as control. The width and height of alveolar process in socket in which DDM was implanted were compared with those of the control. The height of alveolar process in DDM group decreased by 0.65mm, and the width decreased by 0.50mm separately. In the control group, those decreases were 1.50mm and 1.14mm respectively. The decreases were statistically different (P<0.05) between both groups. The results show that new bone formation in DDM groups is superior to that of control groups. DDM can be used in extraction socket to induce bone formation in human beings and shorten the healing period of the alveolar socket.
