气阴两虚型慢性肾炎与病理类型的关系

目的 :探讨气阴两虚型慢性肾炎与病理类型的关系。方法 :对中医辨证属于气阴两虚证的 3 5例慢性肾炎患者的肾活检病理类型进行分析。结果 :临床诊断肾炎 2 7例 ,肾病 8例。病理诊断肾小球轻微病变 13例 ,轻度系膜增生性肾炎 8例 ,重度系膜增生性肾炎 3例 ,膜性肾病 7例 ,膜增生性肾炎、弥漫性肾硬化、局灶节段性硬化、新月体性肾小球肾炎各 1例。结论 :慢性肾炎气阴两虚证具有以阴虚为本、双重性和不稳定性的特点

Relationship between deficiency of both energy and Yin and pathological pattern of chronic nephritis

Objective: It is to explore the relationship between deficiency of both energy and Yin and the pathological pattern of chronic nephritis. Methods: In terms of Chinese medicine, the renal biopsy pathological patterns of 35 cases of deficiency of both energy and Yin of chronic nephritis were analyzed. Results: By clinical diagnosis, there were twenty seven cases of nephritis and eight cases of nephropathy. By pathological diagnosis, there were thirteen cases of mild glomerulopathy, eight cases of mild mesenteric proliferation, three cases of severe mesenteric proliferation, seven cases of membranous nephropathy and one case of membranin proliferative nephritis, diffuse nephrosclerosis, focal segmental sclerosis and crescent gloglomerulonephritis respectively. Conclusion: The deficiency of both energy and Yin of chronic nephritis has the characteristics of essential Yin deficiency, dual nature and nonstability.
