乙肝相关性肝癌组织中细胞凋亡蛋白抑制因子 2蛋白的表达变化及其意义

目的 探讨乙肝相关性肝癌组织中细胞凋亡蛋白抑制因子2(inhibitor of apoptosis protein 2,IAP2)蛋白的表达变化及其意义.方法 选取2015年1月至2017年6月河南省传染病医院乙肝相关性肝癌术后组织标本80例(A组)、非乙肝相关性肝癌术后组织标本40例(B组)、乙肝相关性肝癌癌旁组织(C组)40例,采用免疫组织化学、蛋白质印迹法(Western blotting)检测三组标本中IAP2蛋白表达,分析乙肝相关性肝癌组织中IAP2蛋白表达与其病理特征的关系.结果 A组的IAP2蛋白阳性表达率为76.25％,高于B组的35.00％和C组的30.00％,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组的IAP2蛋白积分光密度累积值高于B组和C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);IAP2蛋白阳性表达与乙肝相关性肝癌病人的临床分期、包膜侵犯、门脉侵袭、发生淋巴结转移显著相关(P<0.05).结论 IAP2蛋白在乙肝相关性肝癌组织中表达显著提高,并且与病人的临床分期、包膜侵犯、门脉侵袭、发生淋巴结转移有相关关系.

Changes of IAP2 protein expression in patients with hepatitis B-related liver cancer and its significance

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of inhibitor of apoptosis protein 2 (IAP2) protein inhepatitis B related hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods From January 2015 to June 2017, 80 cases of postoperative tissue samples of hepatitis B-associated hepatocellular carcinoma (group A), 40 cases of postoperative tissue samples of non-hepatitis B-related liver cancer (group B), and 40 cases of paracancer tissues of hepatitis B related liver cancer (group C) were selected from Henan Infectious Disease Hospital. The expression of IAP2 protein in three groups of specimens was detected by immunohistochemistry and Western blot?ting.The expression of IAP2 protein and its relationship with clinicopathological features in HBV-related hepatocellular carcinoma were analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of IAP2 protein in group A was 76.25%, higher than 35% in group B and 30% in groupC, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The cumulative value of the integral light density of IAP2 protein in group A was higher than that of group B and C (P<0.05); There was a significant correlation between IAP2 protein positive expression and clinical stage, package of hepatitis B related liver cancer patients, membrane invasion, portal invasion and lymph node metastasis (P<0.05). Conclusion The expression of IAP2 protein is significantly increased in HBV related HCC tissues, and is closely related to the occurrence and development of tumor.
