吲达帕胺治疗高血压疗效与安全性的 Meta分析

目的 关于吲达帕胺治疗高血压的有效性与不良反应做Meta分析.方法 在PubMed、EMbase、SCI等数据库进行检索,采纳探索吲达帕胺对高血压有效性及不良反应的RCT,随后对所纳入的相关研究进行Meta分析.结果 经过检索和筛选,最终共纳入16项随机对照研究,合计2757例病人.吲达帕胺在降低收缩压(MD=?13.43,95％CI:?16.27～?10.58),P<0.00001)和舒张压(MD=?8.11,95％CI:?10.83～?5.40),P<0.00001)方面,相对于对照组有显著优势,但吲达帕胺相对于对照组,在降低不良反应方面不具备明显优势(OR=0.72,95％CI:0.41～1.26,P=0.25).结论 使用吲达帕胺治疗高血压的安全性和有效性都较好.

Meta-analysis of therapeutic efficacy and safety of indapamide in the treatment of hypertension

Objective To conduct a meta-analysis on the effectiveness and adverse reactions of indapamide in the treatment of hypertension.Methods PubMed, EMbase, SCI and other databases were searched, RCTS to explore the effectiveness and adverse reactions of indapamide in the treatment of hypertension were adopted, and then Meta analysis was conducted on the included studies.Re? sults After retrieval and screening, a total of 16 randomized controlled studies were included, with a total of 2 757 patients.Datashowed that indapamide significantly decreased systolic blood pressure (MD = ?13.43, 95%CI:?16.27-?10.58, P<0.000 01) and diastolic blood pressure (MD = ?8.11,95%CI:?10.83-?5.40,P<0.000 01) compared with the controlled group.Compared with the controlgroup, there was no significant advantage in the reduction of adverse reactions caused by indapamide (OR=0.72, 95%CI:0.41-1.26, P= 0.25).Conclusion Indapamide is safe and effective for hypertensive patients with low incidence of adverse reactions.
