摘    要:目的:应用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定牛黄类药材及其伪品中K、Na、Ca、Mg、Cu、As、Cd、Hg、Pb等27种元素的含量,为牛黄类药材及其伪品的快速鉴别提供数据支持.方法:供试品经过微波消解后,采用ICP-MS法测定天然牛黄、体外培育牛黄、人工牛黄及其伪品中27种微量和痕量元素的含量.结果:3种牛黄的元素种类差别不大,但含量差异较大.结论:采用本实验的元素主成分分析法可以快速地分出3种牛黄类别及相应的伪品,为牛黄类药材及其伪品的元素鉴别提供了数据支持.

Abstract:Objective: To identify Calculus bovis and their adulterants based on the varieties and contents of 27 elements such as K, Na, Ca, Mg, Cu, As, Cd, Hg and Pb determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Methods: The small or trace contents of 27 elements in natural, in vitro cultivated or artificial bezoar and their adulterants were determined by ICP-MS after microwave digestion, and the data were under principal component analysis. Results: The three kinds of bezoar had little difference in element types, but their contents had great differences. Conclusions: The method of this article can quickly classify the three kinds of bezoars and their corresponding counterfeit products, which provides data support for the element identification of bezoar medicinal materials and their adulterants.
