耳郭外伤急诊处理的临床研究进展

耳郭位于头颅两侧,具有复杂的三维立体亚单位结构。耳郭前面皮肤薄、皮下组织少,耳郭软骨没有内部血供,外伤时容易出现血供不足,软骨暴露导致严重感染的风险高。耳郭外伤的急诊处理是耳科和整形外科医师关注的重点和难点。耳郭外伤修复报道的方法较多,不同类型和程度耳郭损伤修复的手术方案需要达成共识。本文通过分析近年来耳郭外伤的急诊处理方案,对耳郭外伤急诊处理的临床研究进展作一综述。

Progress in the emergency treatment and clinical study of auricle trauma

Auricle is an symmetrical and complex three-dimensional structure located on both sides of the head. The skin of auricle is thin with few subcutaneous tissues, so the blood supply of auricle post-trauma is poor. The treatment of auricle trauma is the focus and difficulty of otology and plastic surgeons. There are many techniques to repair the auricle trauma, but the operative plan for different kinds of ear trauma needs to reach a consensus. The article reviewes the clinical research progress of emergency treatment of auricle trauma by analyzing the emergency treatment plan of auricle trauma in recent years.
