摘    要:传统中药提取、分离技术步骤复杂、能耗高、污染大,已成为中药工业生产面临的主要问题。膜分离技术因具有无需有机溶剂、分离效率高、操作温度低、适用范围广等优点,符合制药行业绿色环保和智能制造的理念,近年来在中药领域得到了推广应用。笔者对膜技术的分类,特点及原理进行介绍,对膜分离技术在中药有效成分提取分离中的应用进行综述,对膜分离技术存在的问题进行分析,并对其发展前景进行展望。

Abstract:The traditional extraction and separation technology of traditional Chinese medicine has become a major problem in the production of traditional Chinese medicine due to its complex steps, high energy consumption and serious pollution. Membrane technology has been widely applied in the field of traditional Chinese medicine because of its advantages of no need of organic solvent, high separation efficiency, low operating temperature and wide application range, which is consistent with the concept of green environmental protection and intelligent manufacturing in the pharmaceutical industry. This paper introduces the classification, characteristics and principle of membrane technology, summarizes the application of membrane separation technology in the extraction and separation of effective components of traditional Chinese medicine, analyzes the existing problems of membrane separation technology, and prospects its development.
