PBL联合工作坊教学模式在骨科护士静脉血栓栓塞症防控培训中的效果评价

摘    要:目的探讨PBL联合工作坊教学模式在骨科静脉血栓栓塞症防控培训中的应用效果。方法采用整群抽样法将2020年6月至9月广西壮族自治区人民医院骨科40名护士按照病区分为观察组(一区)及对照组(二区),各20名,观察组采用PBL联合工作坊教学模式进行静脉血栓栓塞症防控培训,对照组采用传统教学模式,比较两组教学培训效果。结果观察组的理论考核成绩与操作考核成绩、静脉血栓栓塞症预防措施落实率、对培训的满意度均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论PBL联合工作坊教学模式可有效提升骨科护士静脉血栓栓塞症防控理论知识与操作技能水平,有助于静脉血栓栓塞症预防措施的落实,护士满意度较高。

Effect of PBL combined with workshop teaching mode in the nursing training of venous thromboembolism prevention and control

Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of PBL combined with workshop teaching mode in orthopedic venous thromboembolism prevention and control training. Methods A total of 40 nurses were divided into the observation group and the control group, with 20 nurses in each group. The nurses in observation group received the training of PBL combined with workshop teaching mode for venous thromboembolism prevention and control training. While the nurses in control group received traditional teaching mode. The training effects between the two groups were compared. Results The scores of theoretical examination and operation examination, the implementation rate of preventive measures in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (all P<0.05). in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions The application of PBL combined with workshop teaching mode can effectively improve orthopedic nurses'' theoretical knowledge and operational skills of venous thromboembolism prevention and control, which is conducive to the implementation of preventive measures of venous thromboembolism and improvement of nurses'' satisfaction.
