临床护理路径在防控神经外科患者导尿管相关尿路感染中的应用

目的探讨临床护理路径在防控神经外科患者导尿管相关尿路感染中的应用。方法选取2018年1月至2018年8月在汕头市第二人民医院神经外科住院且留置导尿管的68例患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(34例)和研究组(34例)。对照组患者实施常规护理干预,研究组按照导尿管临床护理路径表实施标准化护理干预。观察两组患者尿路感染发生率及护理满意度。结果研究组患者尿路感染发生率明显低于对照组(11.76%vs.29.41%,P<0.05);研究组护理满意度明显高于对照组(94.12%vs.76.47%,P<0.05)。结论对导尿管留置患者按照导尿管临床护理路径表实施标准化护理干预,能有效降低患者尿路感染发生率,提高护理满意度,值得推广应用。

Application of clinical nursing pathway on the prevention of catheter-associated urinary tract infection in neurosurgical patients

Objective To explore the effect of of clinical nursing pathway on the prevention of catheter-associated urinary tract infection in neurosurgical patients. Methods Sixty-eight neurosurgical patients in the Second People''s Hospital of Shantou from Jan. to Aug. 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group and intervention group, with 34 cases in each group. The patients in control group were given routine urinary catheter care. And the patients in intervention group were treated with standardized nursing procedures based on the clinical nursing pathway. The incidence of urinary tract infection and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of urinary tract infection of patients in the intervention group was 11.76%, which was significantly lower than that (29.41%) in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was 94.12%, which was statistically higher than that (76.47%) in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions The application of standardized nursing procedures based on the clinical nursing pathway can effectively reduce the incidence of urinary tract infection in patients and improve the nursing satisfaction.
