心血管专业临床药学博士培养模式的探索与实践

摘    要:目的:探索我国高水平心血管专业临床药学博士(Pharm. D)培养模式,为提高我国专科临床药学实践教学质量做参考。方法:通过Pubmed、中国知网等工具检索国内外Pharm. D教育、毕业后培训和药学实践相关文献,参考美国Pharm. D先进教育经验,结合2019年北京协和医学院Pharm. D改革试点班设置,探讨适合我国心血管专业Pharm. D教学培养和临床实践模式。结果:从Pharm. D培养理念和目标、教学基地、教学大纲与课程、教学方法、临床实践、教学效果评估等多方面进行探讨,北京协和医学院心血管专业Pharm. D培养已形成较完善体系。结论:北京协和医学院设置的心血管专业Pharm. D 培养基地,已建立并探索特色的教学培养模式,对我国高水平临床药学实践教学质量的提高有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the training mode of high level clinical pharmacy doctor in cardiovascular specialty and provide references for improving the quality of clinical pharmacy practice teaching in China. Methods: Literatures related to pharmacy doctor (Pharm. D) education, post-graduation training and pharmaceutical practice at home and abroad were searched through PubMed, CNKI and other resources. The advanced education experience of Pharm. D in the USA was studied. Based on the major project of graduate education reform in Peking Union Medical College and the practice of the pilot class of clinical pharmacy (Pharm. D) reform set in 2019, the education and clinical practice mode for Pharm. D of cardiovascular specialty in China was discussed. Results: Based on the following areas such as the development of training ideas and goals, teaching bases, teaching syllabus and courses, teaching methods, clinical practice, teaching effect evaluation and other aspects, a relatively completesystem has been formed for the Pharm. D in cardiovascular specialty of Peking Union Medical College. Conclusion: The class of Pharm. D in Peking Union Medical College and the training base in cardiovascular specialty have been established. The characteristic teaching and training mode have been established and explored, which is of certain reference significance for the improvement of clinical pharmacy practice teaching quality in China.
