成人唇裂鼻畸形的修复治疗

Correction of nasal deformity of cleft lip in adults

Cleft lipnasal deformity is a disease with complex anatomical structure and difficult treatment,which requires multiple stages of surgery to obtain good treatment results. The final total rhinoplasty performed after the development of the patient's nasal structure is the most important step, which involves the adjustment of all deformed structures of the nose, the application of various plastic techniques, and the transplantation of multiple materials to achieve the intended treatment goals as far as possible. Nasal ventilation, nasal column deflection or insufficient length, and asymmetry of the nasal wing are the three main contents of the treatment of cleft lip nasal deformity in adults. Recently, many new technologies have been reported to improve the surgical results of these structural deformities. Clinical case studies have confirmed the effectiveness of these new technologies, but higher quality prospective randomized controlled studies are still needed for further verification.
