| 摘 要： | 测定何首乌及其制剂中大黄素与甙的含量。采用薄层层析及分离、洗脱、醋酸镁－甲醇比色进行测定的方法，为评价何首乌及其制剂的质量，提供了一种简便，快速的检测手段。

| Abstract: | Using the method of magnesium acetate-methanol color matching,the determination of content of the em odin and glycoside in fleece-flower root and its preparation applied the thin layer chromatometry for separating and purging,it supplied a simple and convenient,fast and accurate detecting means to evaluate the quality of fleece-flower root and its preparation. |
