摘 要: | 目的掌握泉州肖厝口岸的蠓类本底资料,为制定有效的媒介生物防制措施和控制口岸虫媒传染病的发生提供科学依据。方法2008年5月至2009年4月采取紫外灯诱蠓法,对泉州肖厝口岸的蠓类的种群结构、密度和季节消长进行了调查。结果本次调查共捕获蠓类54只,经种类鉴定,隶属于蠓科,库蠓属和毛蠓属,共计10种,其中5种为本地区新纪录,2种为福建省新纪录。肖厝口岸蠓类平均密度为0.45只/笼叫、时,优势种为北京库蠓,占捕获总数的24.07%。蠓类活动高峰期为10~11月,以10月份为最高,密度1只/笼·小时,不同生境的蠓密度也各不相同。结论此次调查取得泉州肖厝I:2岸蠓类的本底资料,为今后采取综合防制措施和进一步开展虫媒传染病监测提供了依据。

Abstract: | Objective This paper aims to master the background of midges at Xiaocuo Port of Quanzhou, and pro- vide a scientific basis for introducing effective measures to control the medical vectors and the vector - borne disea- ses. Methods The lure- UV lamp is used in the investigation on population distribution, population density and seasonal fluctuation of midges at Xiaocuo Port from May 2008 to April 2009. Results 54 midges belonged to 2 genera 10 species of midges, including 5 species of new records in Quanzhou and 2 species of new records in Fujian are collected. The average density was 0.45 midge/h'cage. Culicoides (Oecacta)morisitai is the dominant species, accounting for 24.07%. The peak of midge activity is from October to November, with the highest density of 1 midge/h.cage in October. The density of midges differs in different habitat. Conclusion This survey gets the background information of midges at Xiaocuo Port in Quanzhou, which provides a scientific basis for further surveil-lance and integrated control of vector- borne diseases. |
