21112例体检心电图检查结果分析

目的了解天津口岸出入境人员心电图异常情况。方法受检者平卧，静息状态下使用1350P型心电图机描记常规12导联心电图。结果在被检查的21112例体检人员中，异常心电图5271例，占体检总人数的24．97％，男女检出率差异有显著性，不同年龄组间主要疾病所占比例也有不同，社区人员异常人数比例较大。结论通过对天津口岸出入境人员进行心电图检查及时发现阳性病例，从而加强出入境人员疾病监测，有针对性的开展健康咨询，做到早发现、早诊断、早治疗，更好的保护出入境人员的健康。

The analysis of 21112 physical electrocardiogram examination results

Objective To investigate the abnormal situation of physical electrocardiogram examination of entry - exit people at Tianjin Port. Methods All subjects are tested by 1350P electrocardiograph in a supine position, to obtain standard twelve -lead electrocardiogram during the resting status. Results During the physical examination of 21112 cases, 5271 eases with abnormal ECG are found, leveling up to 24.97% of the total subject. The signifi- cant difference can be found between male and female. And the proportion of main diseases is obviously different between different age groups. Abnormalities take high proportion in the community personnel. Conclusion Through electrocardiogram examination of entry - exit people at Tianjin port, we can find the positive cases in time, so as to enhance the disease monitoring, guide targeted health consult, to achieve early discovery, early diagnosis and early treatment, and to protect the health of entry - exit people.
