摘    要:目的防止输入性传染病在境内传播。方法口岸查验、实验室检测、快速联控三位一体的口岸传染病防控模式。结果从来自马来西亚的中国籍游客中各查获1例基孔肯雅热病例,成功地阻断了可能造成的基孔肯雅热疫情境内传播。结论口岸查验、实验室检测、快速联控三位一体是口岸传染病防控的有效模式。

Abstract:Objective To prevent imported Chikungunya Fever from spreading in the territory. Methods The port inspection, laboratory test, and rapid cooperation control - the "whole trinity" of prevention and control mode of infectious disease are used. Results The first imported Chikungunya Fever case at Shenzhen Port has been de- tected on a Chinese tourist from Malaysia and Chikungunya Fever has been successfully prevented from spreading through the port. Conclusion The port inspection, laboratory test, and rapid cooperation control - the "whole trinity" of prevention and control mode are effective modes of preventing and controlling of infectious diseases at ports.
