| 摘 要： | 目的 :提高颅中窝血肿诊断准确性。方法 :对 2 8例急性颅中窝血肿从病灶部位、形态、边缘、密度等综合分析研究。结果 :诊断为硬膜外血肿 14例 ,硬膜下血肿 7例 ,脑内血肿 7例。结论 :急性颅中窝血肿 CT横断平扫大多数可作出正确诊断

| Abstract: | Purpose To improve the diagnostic accuracy for middle cranial fossa hematoma. Methods A comprehensive analysis was performed of the focal sites, forms, edges and density of 28 cases of acute middle cranial fossa hematom. Results Fourteen cases were diagnosed as epidural hematoma, 7 cases as subdural hematoma, and 7 cases as intracerebral hematoma. Conclusion For acute middle cranial fossa hematoma, the correct diagnoses were made mostly by using CT transaxial plain scanning. |
