| 摘 要： | 目的探讨小剂量奥氮平联合文拉法辛治疗老年抑郁症的疗效和安全性。方法采用随机对照研究，将77例老年抑郁症患者随机分为两组，分别以文拉法辛组（单药组）和小剂量奥氮平联合文拉法辛组（联合组），分别在第2周、第3周、1个月末、3个月末行Zung自测抑郁量表评分，并观察药物不良反应。结果小剂量奥氮平联合文拉法辛组治疗老年抑郁症的疗效显著优于文拉法辛组（P〈0．001），两组问药物不良反应无明显差异（P〉0．05）。结论小剂量奥氮平联合文拉法辛治疗老年抑郁症的疗效显著优于单用文拉法辛，安全性高。
