玻璃酸钠散剂促进大鼠烫伤愈合的机制研究

摘    要: 目的探讨玻璃酸钠(sodium hyaluronate,SH)散剂促进大鼠深Ⅱ度烫伤愈合的机制。方法将大鼠随机分为实验组、辅料组、阴性(模型)组及正常组,制作大鼠深Ⅱ度烫伤模型,测定大鼠烫伤皮肤组织含水量、烫伤皮肤组织羟脯氨酸含量及尿中羟脯氨酸排出量,观察烫伤后皮肤组织胶原的病理变化。结果 SH散剂可以降低烫伤皮肤组织含水量,增加烫伤皮肤组织中羟脯氨酸的含量及减少尿中羟脯氨酸排出量,病理切片显示实验组胶原纤维比辅料组及阴性组致密。结论 SH散剂可以减轻烫伤皮肤的组织水肿程度及炎性反应,促进胶原纤维的合成及肉芽组织生成,具有促进大鼠深Ⅱ度烫伤愈合的作用。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To explore the mechanism of sodium hyaluronate (SH) powder for promoting the healing of deep partial-thickness scalds in rats.METHODS The rats were randomly divided into test group,adjuvant group,negative control(model) group and normal group.All rats were caged individually after deep partial-thickness scald models were made,and were administered topically with the drugs.The water content of the tissue and the hydroxyproline in the scalded skin and urine were determined respectively.The skin specimens were pathologically examined.RESULTS SH powder decreased the water content,increased the levels of hydroxyproline in wound tissue and lowered the excretion of hydroxyproline in urine.Pathological examination of the scalded skin indicated that the collagen fibers were more densely covered in the wound tissue of test group than that in adjuvant group and negative group.CONCLUSION SH powder may decrease the edema degree and inflammatory reaction of the scalded tissue and promote the synthesis of collagen fibers and granulation tissue. Wound healing in the deep partial-thickness scalds in rats may be accelerated by SH powder.
