经尿道电汽化术治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤

目的观察经尿道膀胱肿瘤电汽化术(TVBT)治疗浅表性膀胱移行细胞癌(TCC)的效果。方法应用汽化电极对51例浅表性膀胱癌患者行TVBT术,其中8例并发前列腺增生(BPH)者同时行经尿道前列腺汽化电切术(TVP),术后常规行丝裂霉素(MMC)或卡介苗(BCG)膀胱灌注。结果51例膀胱肿瘤均1次切除。平均手术时间TVBT为29m in,TVBT TVP为85.5m in。术后平均留置导尿管时间3天。51例均获随访,随访1~5年。复发14例(27.5%)。结论TVBT具有操作简便、出血少、恢复快、术后并发症少等优点。

Transurethral Electrovaporization on Superficial Bladder Tumor

Objective To evaluate the safety,efficacy and morbidity of electrovaporization of superficial bladder tumor(TVBT) on superficial bladder tumor(TCC).Methods TVBT was performed in 51 patients with superficial bladder carcinoma;8 of them transurethral electrovaporization of the prostate(TVP) was carried out simultaneously for concomitant BPH,after operation carry out bladder infusion of MMC and BCG.Results The tumor was resected in one-stage for all 51 patients.The mean operative time was 28 minutes in simple TVBT group,and 85.5 minutes in the group performing both TVBT and TVP.The mean duration of an indwelling urethral catheter was 3 days.All 51 patients were followed for 1~5 years,and the recurrence rate was 25.5%(14/51).Conclusion TVBT has the characteristic of less blood loss,clear vision,easy manipulation.TVBT is a simple,effective and safe surgery for the treatment of superficial bladder tumor.
