苦豆子中生物碱含量测定方法新探

摘    要:苦豆子中生物碱具有一定水溶性,用氯仿难以提取完全。笔者采用水或pH=5.6的醋酸缓冲液作提取液,即将其中的生物碱转化成生物碱盐的方法,提取苦豆子中的生物碱。经DU-7紫外分光光度计测试,最大吸收波长为417nm,线性范围0~13μg/mL,变异系数0.65%,回收率:水提取为98.23%;醋酸缓冲液提取为98.72%,结果表明:测试数据准确,方法可行

Abstract:Alkaloids in Sophora alopecuroides L, were water soluble to a certain extent,but can not be completely extracted by chloroform. A method using water or acetic acid buffered water (pH = 5. 6)as extractant,after converting the alkaloids into their salts was studied. With the aid of a Du-7 UV-spectrophotometer,the maxi- mum absorption wave length was found at 417 nm;linear range within 0^13 lag/mL and variation coefficient 0. 65 0 o. Recovery by water extraction was 98. 23 0 o and by acetic acid extraction was 98. 72 0 o
