| 摘 要： | 在底端封闭的聚乙烯管 (长 12 8mm ,内径 15mm ,管盖下方管壁有直径 1 5mm释氯孔 )内装2 5片漂白粉精片 (36 0mg/片 ,主要成分为次氯酸钙 ) ,悬挂于手压式抽水井井筒内。对悬挂该管 30min的36口井 ,采水样检测 ,由释氯孔释入水中的有效氯可使其全部达到消毒标准 (细菌总数 <10 0cfu/ml,大肠菌群数 <3个 /L) ;而消毒前仅 1口井水的细菌总数未超标 ,其余均超标

| Abstract: | Bottom-sealed polyethylene tubes (128 mm long and 15 mm in inside diameter, with chlorine-releasing holes 1 5 mm in diameter on the wall of the tube below the cap of the tube) containing 25 tablets of calcium hypochlorite tablet (360 mg/tablet) each were hung in the well shafts of hand pumping wells Water samples taken from 36 wells 30 min after hanging the tubes were examined The available chlorine in water released from the chlorine-releasing holes could achieve disinfection standard (total bacteria count <100 cfu/ml, count of coli-group bacteria <3/L); while the total bacteria count of water of all these wells except one exceeded the allowable limit before disinfection |
