| Abstract: | Personnel renting in hospital is one of the experimental forms to be carried out as a comprehensive means of human power deployment during the development of our national health care. This paper is designed to explore the possibility of personnel renting in hospital and its main forms, and to explore the countermeasures to address the issues, which might be brought about by the renting policy. |
