骨折病人心理特征与早期康复训练依从性的相关性研究

[目的]调查分析骨折病人心理特征对早期康复训练依从性的影响。[方法]使用医院焦虑抑郁量表、多纬度健康状况心理控制源量表、医学应对方式问卷和自编的早期康复锻炼依从性评价表,对10 0例四肢骨折术后住院病人进行调查和分析。[结果]病人抑郁、健康心理控制源和医学应对方式对术后早期康复训练依从性有显著影响。[结论]要重视骨折病人抑郁、健康心理控制源和应对方式对早期康复训练依从性的影响,采取针对性护理措施,最大限度地恢复和改善伤肢功能。

A study on relativity between psychological features of bone fracture patients and their compliance of rehabilitation training of early stage

Objective:to investigate on correlation between psychological characteristics of bone fracture patients and their compliance of early stage rehabilitation training. Method: a total of 100 postoperative inpatients underwent operation of bone fracture of the limbs were surveyed by filling out Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HAD), Multi-dimensional Health Locus of Control Scales (MHLC), Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire (MCMQ) and self-made compliance assessment scale for early stage rehabilitation exercises. Result: depression, health locus control and medical coping modes of patients have a significant influence on their compliance of early stage postoperative rehabilitation training. Conclusion: one should pay more attention to the influence of depression, health locus of control and coping mode of fracture patients on their compliance of early rehabilitation training, take some nursing measures for them, and recover or improve the fractured limb function in farthest.
