| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声对乳腺肿块定性诊断的价值。方法应用超声检查对90例经手术病理证实的乳腺肿块进行诊断。结果超声诊断乳腺癌肿块的准确诊断指数为（Youden指数）79％，灵敏度为91％，特异度为88％。结论超声诊断乳腺良恶性肿块具较高敏感性和特异度，对恶性肿块定性诊断有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of breast masses.Methods Ninty patients with breast masses,patholoic results were performed,were examined by two dimensional and color doppler ultrasonography.Results The accuracy(Youden's index),sensitivity and specificity of ultrasonic diagnosis of breast cancer were 79%,91% and 88%,respectively.Conclusion Ultrasonography may play an important role in the diagnosis of breast cancar. |
