15例闭合性十二指肠损伤的临床诊治分析

目的：探讨闭合性十二指肠损伤的临床特点、诊断方法和手术治疗。方法：回顾分析15例十二指肠损伤患者临床资料。结果：15例十二指肠损伤患者中10例为腹部多发伤,所有病例均进行手术治疗,术后并发症发生率20%。结论：早期诊断,及时手术,合理的手术方式及有效的十二指肠减压、引流是减少术后并发症,提高治愈率的关键。

Analysis of 15 Cases Closed Duodenal Injury
