| 摘 要： | 通过总结历代对“子咳”的论述及认识，阐明了“子咳”的病因病机，结合当今医学的研究进展，指出“子咳”产生的生理病理基础。结合临床提出“子咳”的辨证分型及治疗方法，并提供有效的治疗经验。指出并探究与“子咳”相关中医理论的重要性及对临床的指导意义。

| Abstract: | The treatise illuminates the cause and pathogenesis of intractable cough during pregnancy through summarizing discourses upon it in history, puts forward differentiation of symptoms and sings, classfication of type and methods to treat the disease combining with clinic .It indicates the causation of intractable cough during pregnancy in physiological and pathological combining with today medical science research and development.Effective therapy experiences recommended.Points out the essentialness of investigating and proving up theory in the Traditional Chinese Medicine concerned with intractable cough during pregnancy.The directive significance on clinic also has been testified. |
