SREPS对肝癌H22荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤作用

摘    要:目的研究硫酸酯化细菌胞外多糖SREPS对肝癌H22荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤作用。方法70只肝癌H22荷瘤小鼠随机分为7组:模型组、SREPS不同剂量组(0.5,1,2.5,5,10ms/kg)和环磷酰胺组,腹腔注射,1次/d,连续10d。于造模第11天观察抑瘤率、胸腺指数和脾指数。结果SREPS不同剂量组(0.5,1,2.5,5,10mg/kg)的抑瘤率分别为21.60%、23。50%,34.90%,26.50%和28.92%。与模型组比较,除0.5mg/kg外,其余各浓度的瘤质量显著降低(P〈0.05);SREPS不同剂量组可增加荷瘤小鼠的胸腺指数和脾指数,其中2.5mg/kg剂量组对荷瘤小鼠胸腺指数和脾指数均显著增加(P〈0.05)。结论SREPS对肝癌H22荷瘤小鼠有一定的抑瘤作用,SRESP在抑制肿瘤的同时可提高荷瘤小鼠的免疫功能。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the inhibitory effect of sulfated rhizobium exopolysaccharide (SREPS) against the H22 tumor - bearing mice. Methods H22 tumor-bearing mice were randomly divided into model group, cyclophosphamide group, SREPS groups (0.5,1,2.5,5,10 mg/kg). After 10 d treatment,the inhibitive rate,thymus index and spleen index were observed and recorded. Re- sults The inhibitory rates respectively were 21.60%,23.50%,34.90%,26.50% and 28.92% after treated with 0.5,1,2.5,5,10 mg/ kg SREPS ,respectively. Compared with model group,the weight of tumor significantly decreased in SREPS groups except 0.5 mg/kg( P 〈 0.05 ). Compared with model group, the weight of immune organs and the spleen and thymus index significantly increased in SREPS groups, especially in 2.5 mg/kg group. Conclusion SREPS have inhibitory effect on H22 growth in tumor-bearing mice, and can improve the immune function.
