| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨刚果红染色在临床病理诊断中的应用价值. 方法 对30例HE染色下呈现均质粉染区域的声带息肉、甲状腺髓样癌、淀粉样变肾小球肾炎的标本进行刚果红染色,从而判定其变性的性质是淀粉样变性还是玻璃样变性,进而辅助诊断疾病. 结果 其中21例有淀粉样变性的区域经刚果红染色颜色呈现为红色或砖红色,而9例具有玻璃样变的病例无此颜色变化. 结论 刚果红染色可用于鉴别淀粉样变性与玻璃样变性,为某些疾病的诊断提供线索,从而有助于疾病的诊断与鉴别诊断.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value of Congo red staining in the clinical pathological diagnosis.Methods Congo red staining was used to stain the samples from 30 cases of vocal cord polyps,thyroid medullary carcinoma and amyloidosis glomerulonephritis which showed homogeneous powder stained area by HE staining.Results Of 30 cases,21 cases with amyloidosis regions showed red or brick red by Congo red staining,while nine cases with hyaline showed no such color change.Conclusion Congo red staining can be used to differentiate amyloidosis from hyaline degeneration,thereby it can further help the diagnosis of disease. |
