| 摘 要： | 目的探讨不同时间注射孕马血清激素（PMSG）和人绒毛膜促性腺激素（HCG）对小鼠超排卵效果的影响。方法选用40只6周龄F1昆明小鼠，随机分成4组，分别在同一天的11：00，13：00，15：00，17：00注射PMSG5IU，48h后注射HCG5IU，然后与公鼠合笼；次日晨检查阴栓，阳性者于当日10：00处死取卵，计数受精卵的数量。结果11：00，13：00，15：00和17：00组平均每只获取可用受精卵9．8枚、24．8枚、11．5枚、4．7枚。结论在13：00注射PMSG，48h后注射HCG对小鼠超排效果最好。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of the administration time of PMSG and HCG on the superovulation in mouse. Methods Forty 6-week-old F1 mice were randomly divided into 4 groups. The mice were respectively injected with PMSG 5 IU at 11：00,13：00, 15：00 and 17：00 ,and HCG 5 IU 48 h later,and then mated with male mice. The vaginal plug was checked next morning. The positive mice were killed at 10：00 to calculate the number of fertilized eggs at the same day. Results After injecting PMSG at 11：00,13：00, 15：00 and 17：00, the average usable embryos per mouse were 9.8,24.8,11.5 and 4.7, respectively. Conclusion Injecting PMSG at 13：00 and HCG 48 h later has the best effect on the mouse superovulation. |
