腹泻型肠易激综合征患者结肠肥大细胞与症状相关性研究

目的 探讨腹泻型肠易激综合征（D-IBS）患者结肠黏膜中肥大细胞与症状的相关性. 方法 通过免疫荧光法检测肥大细胞在结肠黏膜的分布与计数,酶联免疫实验（ELISA）检测类胰蛋白酶的含量,通过Spearman相关性分析检验肥大细胞计数与症状的相关性. 结果 肥大细胞主要分布于结肠黏膜固有层腺体之间.D-IBS患者肠黏膜肥大细胞明显高于健康对照组（P＜0.05）,肥大细胞计数与腹痛严重程度相关（r =0.35,P＜0.05）.D-IBS患者结肠黏膜类胰蛋白酶含量高于健康对照组（P＜0.01）. 结论 D-IBS患者结肠黏膜中的肥大细胞数目增多与腹痛程度有关,可能是因为肥大细胞活化后类胰蛋白酶等产物释放增加调节内脏感知.

Correlation between colonic mast cell and symptoms in diarrhea-predominant IBS patients

Objective To explpre the relationship between colonic mast cell counts and symptoms in diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome （D-IBS） patients.Methods Distribution and counts of mast cells were performed with immunofluorescence method,and the MCT content was measured with ELISA method.The correlation between mast cell counts and symptoms was analyzed by Spearman correlation test.Results Mast cells were mostly distributed among the glands in the lamina propria of colonic mucosa.CoIonic mast cell count in D-IBS patients was higher than that in healthy controls（P ＜0.05）,and it was correlated with abdominal pain severity （r =0.35,P ＜ 0.05）.The MCT content was also higher in the colon of D-IBS patients than that in healthy controls （P ＜ 0.01）.Conclusion Increased mast cell counts are correlated with abdominal pain severity in patients with D-IBS,which may be related to the modulating effects on visceral perception by increasing mediators as tryptase released from activated mast cells.
