| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨血清白血病抑制因子（LIF）、雌二醇（E2）、孕酮（P）在异位妊娠早期诊断中的作用. 方法 采用微粒子酶免疫分析技术、酶免疫技术和放射免疫分析（RIA）分别检测异位妊娠（EP组）80例、先兆流产（TA组）105例,正常宫内早孕（NIUP组）130例血清E2、P及LIF含量. 结果 三组患者血清中E2、P、LIF在NIUP组最高,TA组次之,EP组最低,三组两两比较,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）. 结论 血清E2、P、LIF均有助于鉴别正常妊娠与异位妊娠,可作为临床早期诊断异位妊娠的辅助指标.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the role of serum estradiol（E2）,progesteron（P） and leukemia inhibitory factor （LIF） in early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy（EP）.Methods The serum levels of E2,P and LIF were measured in 80 specimens of EP,105 specimens of threatened abortion（TA） and 130 specimens of normal intrauterine pregnancy（NIUP） by ELISA and RIA,respectively.Results The serum levels of E2,P and LIF were the highest in NIUP group,followed by TA group and EP group.The serum levels of E2,P and LIF were significantly different between three groups （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion E2,P and LIF are helpful to discriminate EP from normal pregnancy,and can be reliable allxiliary markers for the clinical early diagnosis of EP. |
